A deposit is required to confirm the order. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before the production begins.

4.⁠ ⁠Delivery
We handle all deliveries ourselves. The responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information and the availability of the recipient at the time of delivery lies with the customer. Once the cake has been handed over or delivered to the specified address, the responsibility for its condition and quality transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for any changes to the cake’s condition after it has been delivered.

5.⁠ ⁠Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are only possible before the production and delivery have begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

6.⁠ ⁠Quality and Returns
We guarantee the high quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product. Returns are only accepted in the case of defects confirmed by our team.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability
SS CAKES takes full responsibility for the quality of our products until they are handed over to the recipient. We guarantee that the order will be carefully prepared and delivered according to your expectations.
Once the order has been handed over to the recipient, responsibility for the cake’s condition and its further handling is transferred to the recipient. We are not responsible for any changes in the condition of the cake after it has been received (e.g., improper storage or handling).
We are also not responsible for any inconvenience caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery process.

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
